Catherine (Cathy) Johannesen has spent her entire career working on behalf of the physicians and patients of Maryland. At MedChi, The Maryland State Medical Society, Cathy specializes in leadership, governance, communications, and strategic planning.
Cathy is an alumnus of AAMSE's Leadership Academy. She has served on the Annual Conference Planning Committee since 2015 and was the committee chair for 2018-2019. She currently serves on AAMSE's Board of Directors.
